Every in-scope item ends completed, waiting for a named approval, or raised as a visible exception.

What this build changes.
The company already has software for the individual tasks. The missing piece is the operating path between the trigger, the records, the next action, the approval, the exception, and the confirmed finish.
The system follows the operating job.
01Document intake and processing
02Reconciliation and exception handling
03Recurring reporting and follow-up
04Internal research and knowledge retrieval
05Review and approval systems
06Connected multi-step operations
Concrete paths, not a bag of features.
Each example begins with a trigger, crosses named records, assigns approval, and ends in a state people can verify.
Common workflow
Document intake to approved record
Trigger
A document arrives by email or upload.
Crosses
Inbox, storage, project records, and finance or CRM.
System role
Reads the file, extracts the required fields, checks the related record, and prepares the update.
Human gate
Low-confidence fields and consequential changes wait for the named owner.
Finished when
The record is updated and confirmed, or the item appears in an exception queue.
Common workflow
Multi-system reconciliation
Trigger
A scheduled close or a new transaction starts the check.
Crosses
Finance records, payment data, CRM, and an operating dashboard.
System role
Matches records, identifies conflicts, and prepares the close state.
Human gate
Unmatched or high-impact items wait for finance or operations.
Finished when
Every scoped record is matched, waiting for approval, or visibly unresolved.
Owned system
Account decision to confirmed action
Trigger
A scoped account event requires review.
Crosses
Account data, campaign records, creative work, and an action queue.
System role
Assembles the evidence and prepares a controlled action.
Human gate
The operator approves consequential changes.
Finished when
The action is written where permitted and read back into the operating record.
Useful because the limits are explicit.
Reads
Approved records, events, documents, rules, and current system state.
Prepares
A next action, decision surface, or complete record with its basis attached.
Does
Only the narrow actions granted in the written scope and authority rules.
The agreement names who owns credentials, code, data, hosting, documentation, support, and model or platform billing. Deployment can use client infrastructure or a managed environment, depending on the written scope.
Common surfaces
CRM and sales systems
Email and communication
Project and delivery tools
Documents and storage
Finance and payments
Data and product infrastructure
Control rules
Human approval for consequential action by default
Authority granted per action class and channel
Visible exception state instead of a silent guess
A real scoped write and readback before a connection is live
Acceptance test agreed before the Production Install
Commercial path
Fit first. Definition before production.
The free Fit Review decides whether the workflow is ready to map. It does not promise a design, price, or launch date.
01
Fit Review
We review the workflow, owner, records, tools, and obvious blockers.
02
Operating Map
A paid engagement defines the boundary, acceptance test, exclusions, authority, timeline, and fixed Production Install price.
03
Production Install
We build against real records, verify each connection, test exceptions, and launch the accepted workflow.
04
Operate or hand over
Managed operation or documented handover follows the responsibility written into the agreement.
Relevant proof
Outproduce-owned live product
AutoAdy
An authenticated operating product that brings account evidence, creative work, review, and resulting actions into one controlled surface.
Is this an AI agent, automation, or custom software?+
The workflow decides the shape. A system may combine deterministic automation, narrow agent behavior, and a custom product surface. Outproduce defines the result first, then selects the mechanism.
Do we replace our current tools?+
Usually no. The install starts from the tools already carrying the work. A replacement is discussed only when the current tool cannot support the accepted workflow.
When do we receive a fixed price?+
The paid Operating Map produces the system boundary, acceptance test, exclusions, timeline, and fixed Production Install price. The initial Fit Review does not produce a free technical specification.
